Wellsprings of Joy Foundation is a Non- Governmental organization which was formed in January 2023. It’s objective is to strengthen systems and approaches that lead to increased awareness and actions against Alcohol, Drug Abuse and constant addiction, it’s health and social impact among the youth and their communities.

To provide homage for the elderly while also fostering Recovery for the young people with alcohol and drugs addiction through compassionate, supportive, individualized care to those suffering from the wrath of addiction.

Chairman
Bishop John Kahihu

He is a minister of the gospel with dynamic and strong leadership skills. He is respected in the area of leadership training and equipping and has gone beyond denominational barriers in bringing about. He is also the National director in charge of Leadership training in the Gospel Evangelistic Churches of Kenya and also serves in the national young minister’s council of GECK. He holds a doctorate degree in Theology from the Japan Bible Institute School of bible and theology. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the institute of certified public accountants of Kenya. He is an accomplished businessman in real estate and Agribusiness with a passion of creating resource base for the advancement of the gospel of Jesus

Ruth Njambi
Director

She is an entrepreneur with a diploma in IT from Jomo Kenyatta University. Her main purpose is to make a difference and empower women. Currently, she leads the women department as the chairlady at GECK Calvary Temple Muthure.

Boniface Khadolwa
Director

Holds bachelor of commerce in Finance from the university of Nairobi School of Business, and is a certified public accountants of Kenya. He has also studied theology through correspondence at Life School International and Calvary Temple School of Ministry.
Currently he is the youth Pastor and also in charge of men fellowship at Calvary Temple-Muthure. As a youth pastor, his aspiration is to see young people come to a deeper personal relationship with the Lord and be established in the faith. He is passionate about missions and prayer, and capacity building for Kingdom empowerment

Mercylyne juma
Treasurer​

She works with the Navigators at the Africa Regional office as Finance, HR and administration assistant. She is a graduate of the university of Nairobi [Msc Finance- Investment] and Daystar university [Certificate in HR management and conflict resolution] She has also worked with the Life Ministry Kenya [campus crusade] as the National accountant and Focus Kenya as a campus student staff. She is passionate in community transformation from inside and believes in empowering God’s people to fulfil purpose as they bring out their God given abilities. She has initiated and facilitated missions and outreaches in Kenya and other nations.

Nancy Muchiri
Director

She is experienced in working with Civil Society Organizations in Europe. An advocate for vulnerable women and young girls. Currently serving as an officer of law in Midlands, United Kingdom. Nancy holds a Masters degree of Science in Global Development and International Law from Coventry University UK, Bachelor Of Arts in International Studies and Disaster Management from Coventry University UK and Diploma in law & psychology from Henley College Midlands UK

Alice Njuguna
Secretary

She is currently working as a Human Resource Officer- Organizational Development at INGO. Started working as a HR Officer in a local NGO National Organization of Peer Educators (NOPE). She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hunan Resource Management (Options) from KCA University, Advanced Diploma in Hunan Resource and Business Management from Kenya Institute of Management. (KIM) Nairobi. Her interests include but are not limited to Performance Management, Recruitment and Selection. Payroll System, Employee welfare and compensation and Benefits
